Overview
Most of the products we sell contain a digital component, which, once downloaded cannot be returned. We therefore do not accept returns on most items.
We offer free samples of products upon signing up for the newsletter, give detailed descriptions of products, and offer a Facebook group where you can ask users about their experiences before making a purchase.
However, if you have a problem, contact us at contact@layers-of-learning.com and we will do our best to fix it. We frequently aid customers on a case-by-case basis to meet needs and resolve issues.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged Items
If items are damaged during shipping we will ask you to take pictures of the damage to the package and the item(s) so we can make a claim with the shipping agent. Then, in most cases, we will immediately send you a replacement for the destroyed items at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In most cases we give a store credit rather than refunding your money since the digital component cannot be returned.
Shipping returns
We will refund the shipping to get the item to you, but not for you to return it to us.
