Stunningly thorough. This could be my review for every unit we’ve completed so far!! Again, and again I am blown away with how thorough these units are!! Between the guide itself, the YouTube playlist and the Pinterest board one could easily spend 8 weeks on this unit. We learned so much and had a blast doing it. This unit covered some really important science & geography topics I had been meaning to make sure my kids were educated on. The level the authors take these topics to blows me away. If ever there was a worry that this wasn’t enough for highschool – be still all worries! And I love that we can family school – keeping things light and simple for my Kinder and 2nd grader and much deeper for my Freshman.

We had never learned much about the Phoenicians beyond them being mentioned in other culture’s stories. It was neat to learn more details about their culture, and the unit is full of ways to make it interesting!
Our family is enjoying this family-style curriculum so much! Each unit we are digging into the topics with fun, meaningful activities and learning in a way I wish I had learned growing up. Plus, we are all learning together (kids ages 4-14). Thanks you so much for creating this resource!
