Layers of Learning Unit 3-8 starts off with the history of early modern France.  We include French colonies in the New World, French religious wars, Louis XIV, and Candide.  Then you’ll learn about the culture, people. and landscape of Indonesia in the geography section. Next, experiment with reflection angles, lenses and light reflection in science. In the second half of Baroque art, which we began in Unit 3-7, we focus on still lifes, a trademark of the Baroque Period.  Enjoy hands-on learning with your whole family with these fun explorations that will bring new life and joy to your homeschool.
